A video-assisted training program designed to enhance the basic knowledge and performance skills of paraeducators (paraprofessionals). ESP covers a wide variety of instructional situations for K-12 age students with a range of disabilities. Subject matter is organized into 5 units of instruction with lessons focusing on general skills for paraeducators.
