PLACING AN ORDER

Online

Visit our online store and use our secure shopping cart to place your order. It's easy, and it's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (See instructions below)

By Phone

Call us toll-free, 1-800-543-2119 or 315-452-0643. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, to take your order and answer questions.

By Fax

Send a fax (available 24 hours a day) to the attention of Customer Service at 1-315-452-0710.

To Order Online:

1. Select the resource you want by going to the product page.

You can find a resource by using the search feature http://www.disabilitytraining.com/search.php located in the top of the left hand column

or if you know the title you can use the Title Listing http://www.disabilitytraining.com/items.htm or you can browse the different disability topics that are offered on the left column or go to http://www.disabilitytraining.com/category.html.

2. Add to Basket

Once you find the resource you want you can order it. At the bottom of each resource page you will see a quantity box and an "add to basket button".

Select your preferred quantity and then select "add to basket" button. You will be taken to your shopping basket. If you need more than one (1) resource just hit your back button and continue searching and adding.

Note: at any time you are in the shopping cart you can updated quantities or remove resources. You can also reach your shopping cart by selecting "Basket Contents" for the Customer menu at the top of each page.

3. Checkout

When you have finished selecting all your resources, select "Checkout" button.

Screen one - fill out billing and shipping address information. (PDA does not accept PO Boxes as shipping addresses as we ship UPS Ground) Select Continue button at bottom of screen

Screen two - Verify your shipping and billing information. Fill out your shipping and payment preferences (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Purchase Order or Check). Select continue button.

Screen three - fill in specific payment information. Example, if you filled in VISA on the previous screen, you will now fill in your credit card expiration date, etc. Also you be asked to fill out 3 questions about your organization, how you heard about us and ask if you would like to receive our e-mail newsletter (click here for more info on our newsletter or see a past issue ). Select Continue Button.

Screen four - This is a copy of your completed order. Print for your records. You will also receive a copy to the e-mail address you listed in your order.
