Reporting Defective Resources

Defective resources may be returned for replacement or full credit less shipping and handling. Some exceptions apply. They must be reported and returned within 30 days of ordering.

To report a defective resource, call Program Development Associates at 800-876-1710 with a detailed description of the defect. All returns require an RMA number prior to shipping back to us.

It’s a good idea to check your resources as soon as you receive them, so that any problems can be promptly resolved.
