Features two scenarios that help dispel misconceptions about employees and job candidates with disabilities! During the course of each story, misconceptions about increased costs when hiring people with disabilities, insurance liabilities, absenteeism, lack of skills, and work place accommodations are dispelled.
The stories come together and end on a positive note when the job candidate (who uses a wheelchair) gets invited back to a second interview. Great for employment agencies but also a good resource for general disabilities awareness training.
