WALK, DANCE AND STRETCH YOUR WAY TO FITNESS
Meet Sonny and Pedro, who, with a workout group show you 9 routines, developed by disability fitness experts. Each takes you through warm up, work out and cool down.
3 Walk Workouts - (12, 15 & 18 minutes) Easy-to-follow basic walk steps, marches, kicks, step touches and knee lifts. A Low-impact cardio section for the entire body with tempo and directional variations.
3 Strength & Flexibility Workouts - (18, 23 & 30 minutes) Yoga, both standing and floor workouts will relieve stress while increasing strength and flexibility.
3 Dance Workouts - (14, 22 & 28 minutes) Basic moves for the dance floor or if you’re not a dancer just have fun with these simple and easy steps at home.
